Summary: The hotel facilities are excellent. Comfortable room, great spa, wonderful breakfast options. But… service is poor. Room service is excruciatingly slow. We had to call three times for a beer. Service at breakfast is sloppy. Twenty minutes after we arrived, we had finished eating and coffee was still missing. We claimed twice but staff were joking next to the coffee machines. Only when their boss intervened did they start making it. Still, there are not many options in Pankalang Bun. If only they trained their staff better it would be a great choice.
